One payment per loved one, no commitment

The price is per loved one and covers all of their family members, friends and caregivers who use Vieressa with them, however many there are. Start with a free one-month trial on the Plus tier; at the end of the trial you choose the plan that suits your family. No registration or set-up fee, and you can cancel at any time.

One price per loved one, not per user: all of their family members, friends and caregivers use Vieressa for the same price, whether there are two of them or twenty. If the family has more than one loved one, each one has their own monthly price.

How the trial works

  1. Request an invitation and we will email you a link for creating your account.
  2. The trial starts as soon as the account is created and lasts 30 days on the Plus tier. No payment card is needed.
  3. At the end of the trial you choose a plan. If you do not choose, the family still has a 14-day activation period during which everything works; your loved one can always call you.
  4. The subscription runs one month at a time and can be cancelled at any time. It ends at the end of the current period.

Good to know

  • Prices include VAT 25.5 %.
  • The price is per loved one (the person being cared for), not per user: there is no limit on family circle members or contacts, and extra users are never charged. If the family has, for example, two loved ones, the monthly price is doubled.
  • You can change the plan at any time; the difference is credited or charged within the period.
  • Payment is by card, and the subscription is handled securely by the payment service Stripe. The card is asked for only when you choose a plan.
  • Your loved one's device and the internet connection are not included.

Intended use

Vieressa is intended for staying in touch between a person who needs the service and their close circle. The service may not be used for public broadcasts, continuous streaming or any purpose other than this; in that case we may close the subscription. Details in the terms of service.

We will offer useful additional services through the Vieressa app, for example guided chair exercise on your loved one's device. More about them soon.

Device and internet connection

For your loved one you need a tablet or smartphone and an internet connection. The app runs on Android devices (Android 12 or later) and on iPhone and iPad (iOS 15 or later). A large screen (at least 10 inches recommended) makes it easier to use; a smartphone works too. The device requirements are described in the guide Prepare your loved one's device.

If you stop

You can cancel the subscription at any time from the Family page; it ends at the end of the current period. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing. You can delete your own account and its data yourself in the app's profile under Privacy → Delete account; more in the privacy policy.
