Start here when you set up Vieressa for your loved one. The guides help you add your loved one to the service, prepare their device and make the first call.

  1. Get started and invite your family

    Log in to the app, verify your email address, add your loved one and make a note of the activation code for their device.

  2. Prepare your loved one's device

    A suitable device, installing the app, signing in with the activation code, the permissions needed, and where to place and charge the device.

  3. Call and answer

    How to bring up the contacts, start a call from a photo and answer a call. Finally, a first test call together.

  4. When a call doesn't get through

    Network connection, power, volume and allowing notifications. How to check the most common causes and contact support if needed.
